BIG NEWS

Yesterday, on July 15, 2022 at around 17.00 UTC+7 BTCs satoshi application slowed down the system. BTCs miners experience lag in opening applications and claiming mining results. we feel something big is going to happen because from previous experience if something were to happen then there would be a slowdown in the BTCs mining app.

As we predicted, big things really happened. The Core Dao developer via the notification page on the BTCs mining application announced that the Core DAO developer team agreed to change the name of the blockchain previously named "satoshi chain" to "Core" and also the generated currency which was originally BTCs to CORE. This is after an in-depth survey and various considerations regarding copyright claims in the use of the name satoshi against originality and other communities associated with the name.

So how do we respond to this name change? to be honest we really support this name change. As we know, the name BTCs themselves are already used by Bitcoin Scryp if you type in the google search engine. In addition, the name CORE actually matches the name of DAO which is also called CORE DAO. more authentic and original.

We recommend that you immediately update the mining application by visiting the btcs.global address then download the application from the web and install it. You don't need to make any changes or settings to the application because the new application will be exactly the same except for a few changes to the appearance below

Apart from the name change, there are no other changes. Maybe the name Satoshi is also an obstacle for developers to launch Mainnet in the 2nd quarter of June yesterday. Is minnet coming soon? Hopefully...

Don't hesitate with CORE and always claim CORE. if you haven't joined CORE mining yet, register right here

App Update Announcement:

In 2009, Satoshi Nakamoto carved scarcity out of the stone of abundance. Since then, Bitcoin has become the first truly digital solution to the problem of money. The grand creator of this masterpiece, Satoshi Nakamoto, is world-wide-known, famous and well-respected. After nine years of the birth of Bitcoin, at the time of 2018 bear market, seeing countless families damaged by the cycle of centered economy, we conceived of a project to promote the spirit of decentralization, sharing and co-creation via blockchain to bring about a genuinely long-term stable economy, wellness and happiness for all. To honour Satoshi Namamoto, we named our free mining app "Satoshi App". In the early days of this project, we named our blockchain the "Satoshi Blockchain". Since the beginning of this project, driven by our dreams and beliefs we have worked around the clock for three years, with the Main-net coming online soon we want it to be perfect. Therefore, we re-examined if "Satoshi" would be the proper name for this blockchain. We researched globally to check if this name would infringe any rights, whether people from different countries like it, or if it expresses any other meanings. We discovered that although we hold the most sincere respect to Satoshi Nakamoto, we didn't feel right about naming our blockchain "Satoshi".

The Main-net coming online in the third quarter of this year has resolved the Blockchain Trilemma. With its combination of Bitcoin's decentralization and Ethereum's scalability, we believe it will be the nucleus of the Web 3 universe, acting as the underlying infrastructure to support and grow this new world. Thus, we named our blockchain "Core" instead of "Satoshi", and the base layer currency will be "CORE"instead of "BTCs". By leveraging the existing BTC mining network in our consensus algorithm, Core originated from Satoshi Nakamoto which we've since built on top of. To pay respect to the shoulders we stand on top of, we then named our consensus "Satoshi Plus Consensus"

Frequently asked questions about core mining

1. About Scams and App Clone Mining Satoshi strictly follows fair mining principles, and any behavior that leads to unfair mining will be dealt with strictly. Initial anti-cheating using E-mail + real name authentication + face verification, and anti-cheating audit before withdrawal transaction. The system will use multi-dimensional information identification technology to eliminate fraudulent accounts (including APP clone mining fraud). Any cheating accounts will be permanently deleted. Please don't doubt the audit system, don't waste time and bring yourself big losses. This is Satoshi's first principle of protecting the rights and interests of miners 2. Is CORE mining free? Satoshi has been dedicated only to ideals. The whole mining process does not require any cost from the miners. Be careful if anyone involved in charging/requesting fees is a scam/scam. 3. How long does it take to collect CORE to mine? A miner can participate in a maximum of 150 blocks generated daily (...

Core Blockchain Origin

Core, powered by Satoshi Plus consensus, is the result of the dialectical clash of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Inspired by the principles of both blockchains, we have a deep appreciation for the history of the crypto ecosystem paired with an even greater excitement for our role in its future. However, before we can stand on the shoulders of the giants that came before us, we must look back on the path they have set. That journey all begins with the man to which our consensus mechanism owes both its name and influence. Bitcoin: In 2009, Satoshi Nakamoto carved scarcity out of the stone of abundance. Despite its enablement of infinite replicability, the internet could now have its own native currency on the blockchain: Bitcoin. Powered by code and governed by unchangeable laws guaranteed by mathematics, Bitcoin’s creation represents a step-change in the evolution of money. Historically, populations looked to physical laws to determine and govern the dominant currency. These laws or characteris...
